Can I get nonprescribed contacts? just to make my eyes a different color?

I am going to a party in about a month and we have to dress up and stuff. I really wanted to change my eye color to go with my costume. I heard about a kind of contact that you can get which aren't prescribed and are just used to change the color of your eye. Is there such thing? And if so where would I buy them? And about how much do they cost? (the reason I am asking this so early is because I wanted to be able to get used to wearing them and putting them in, if I can even get them that is!) lol thanks!

yes, you can. you will need to have a fitting done first. as far as the neon colors, im not sure they exist. there are some freshlook colorblends (depending on the color of your eye-if it is light or dark) that are like an aqua color. there is a brand called wild eyes that completely changes ur eyes into like cat eyes or ones with fire or 8 ball or pure white. theyre pretty cool. if you do those, id wait until halloween time when they go on sale...theyre still pretty expensive tho, about $100 a pair.

yes you can but, make sure you still go through the proper steps the eye doctor has to measure your eye and stuff, i did this when i was younger
