Can I get perfect eyesight with the condition I'm in now??

I'm a 14year old with -6.25 shortsightedness. Can I get better eyesight with natural techniques like the the bates method

The Bates Method does improve eyesight. Natural Eyesight Improvement is basically the Bates Method with the added experience of all the greatest Natural Eyesight teachers for the last 100 years. Artificial corrections(glasses, contacts, surgery) are poor alternatives to our Natural Perfect eyesight.

I learned about the Bates Method when I was 14 and perfected my vision at that time.

Avoid anything that talks about eye exercises(eye pushups, eye aerobics, eye yoga) they do not deal with the real issues of blurry vision and are often counter to natural eyesight. Also avoid programs that don't have teachers teaching students face to face. People don't have a clue about guiding others to Natural Perfect Eyesight without being accountable to real people.
