Can I get refund for Cirque Du Soleil's show tickets?

I have to postpone my vacation in Vegas. What can I do with my booked Cirque Du Soleil "Ka" tickets? I heard they don't give refund for tickets?

Maybe you can sell them on EBay?  Also, have you checked with the show to see if you can move the date?  Not actually cancelling, just moving the tickets to go along with your new Vegas adventure date? :)
