Can I get selfcontained room accomodation 0n Hillstation in exchnge of same at my Beach House 4 whole winter ?

I am 61 years old retd person from Kashid Beach near Mumbai. During summer it is very hot here so I am looking for a self contained partly furnished room from 1 May 08 to 20th June 08 at any hill station on barter system that I will provide one well furnished double bedroom with attached bathroom & kitchnett at my place 100 meters from Kashid a tourist town famouse for gold sand beach near Mumbai. During Winter it has very pleasent climate. So why shiver during the winter at an high altitude instead enjoy sea waves. I am looking for like minded people especially those who have time and want to save money on accomodation. out-of-box thinker can succede to taste real enjoyment of life. Nothing is impossible if we try to think different.

Please do keep in mind security facor as you said you are retired i suggest you not to share your mumbai home btw u can go to ooty and find many reasonable hotels or resorts it does not cost you much can you believe i had my honeymoon in ooty for 1 week i didn't cost me around 5000 u need to get in touch with agents in mumbai or banglore are go to any office of resorts like sterling they have exchahnge programs where resort members will lend you there cottage for rent for decent amount since you are retired you can avail huge dicounts on rail fare just get in touch with resort offices in mumbai
