hi I am a DJ and I would like to make up my own website so the word will get a cross. I don't want to use bebo, myspace, freeweb,etc, I would like to make my website the my own way?

Buy your domain there. That is probably the best deal you will get, especially if you use promos. Just google godaddy promo codes. If you use them you can get a domain for about $7 a year.

I use Site Build It! for my site. It has an annual fee, but it's not any more than some yellow page ads and a web site has so much more to offer.

The thing I like best about Site Build It! is that it takes you step by step from the planning to choosing a good domain to actually making the web site to submitting to search engines to building traffic to making money with it. I'm not very technical, but I have been able to start building my site with minimal frustration.  The system is set up so you do not have to know any HTML at all, but if you do, you can use it.

Oh yes you can.there is this software called Dreamweaver that you can get.It helps owners make their own websites just how they like it.
