Can I get the governments living away from home allowance at 15?

I was looking at the queensland government website, and it says that if you are going to school full time, and are not living with family you can access the $355 payment if your under 18. Can I access that now? is there any other payments I can tap into to help me out? cause atm I'm going to school full time and have 2 part time jobs just trying to pay my rent and live! I'm coping ok.. but I'm starting to fall behind.
