Can I get the same stomach flu bug twice?

Question

I'm just getting over it and my wife started vomiting last night at midnight (exactly like I did). can I catch the same bug over again or am I immune to that string?

Omg that happened to me last night! My older brother had it a week ago then my little brother and sister then my mom and then last night my dad and i also started the flu virus last night :p It sucks but i don't think you can. Theres a 50/50 chance. Don't get to close to her.
