  1. nope.....try weights, running, soccer.....

swimming will makes your legs slim and cut

  2. hmm, im not sure swimming is mostly all muscles and for weight loss =]

    get playing some rugby!!

  3. Your muscles will grow, but not a lot, try running if you can, but either way it's more toning then building.

  4. Swimming will make you leaner and build muscles but you should really consider your nutritional program as well.  Most people add protein to their diet to bulk up.  If you're looking to build muscle mass you should check into body building regimens for optimum results. You can get good results with dumbbells/free weights if you don't have access to a gym.

There are lots of websites out there so do a little research...good luck!

  5. I'm not sure about men, but my best friend has been a swimmer her entire life and her legs are HUGE (not in a bad way!).. swimming should DEFINITELY help you build muscle in your legs, and arms as well. Good luck! :)

  6. If you want them to get bigger.. do wieths.. and if you are a boy.. you will appear more attractive to any one... having some musculs.. beiong a masculan is more attractive.. than being a skinny
