I want , to go to Glasgow, is it possible to go from Belfast via Ferry?

  1. You can go from Belfast to either Troon or Stranraer or from Larne to Cairnryan, which only takes an hour.

  3. Yes, I've done the trip myself between Belfast and Stranraer. It's about 2 hours drive from Glasgow, and they also have good bus and train links. The train station is right next to the ferry terminal.

  5. You can get a ferry to Stranraer, there are trains from there to Glasgow. I'm not sure why you'd want to use a ferry unless you're taking a car with you, as flying is a lot faster and probably cheaper.
