  1. I don't know about citizenship but when de baby comes de baby comes whereevr you are

  2. Not sure.  They sure can't deny you giving birth because if its going to happen regardless.

  3. Yes,  you can give birth in Sweden, however you need documents saying you are entitled to healthcare in Sweden. This will depend on how long you have been there and wether you are a permanent resident or not. All citizens of the EU are entitled to healthcare in Sweden for 3 months after they entered the country (you need documentation though). After the 3 months special rules apply and you may have to have an insurance.

The fact that you are entitled to healthcare may or may not mean that you are entitled to the prenatal care (the checkups, scans etc). I would ask at your local hospital to find out more.

In Sweden, you only become a swedish citizen if you are born to swedish parents. So unless the father is a swede then, no, your child will be romanian. The previous answer is not true. You do not have to be married to a swede. If the father is swedish and your child is born in Sweden it automatically becomes a swedish citizen.

  4. You may have to hold it till you back to your native soil.

  5. Yes u can give birth of course, but child will get Romanian citizenship not Swedish, unless child's father is Swedish & you are legally married to him.

  6. yes you can
