What lacks in Appebon Kid Syrup with Iron can be found in Flintstones (for kids who don't eat vegies, meat, fish) and what's lacking in Flintstones can be found in Appebon Kid Syrup with Iron. Hence, can I give to him Appebon on day 1 and give Flintstone on day 2? Day 3 is Appebon again and Day 4 is Flintstone again and so on? Thanks.

  1. I do believe you can because they are only Vitamins. Think of it like this how many different types of Vitamins do people take in one day. I understand that's a child but your not giving it to him at the same time or day. I think it will be alright.

  2. no, kids get all the vitamins they ned from the juices and milk they drink and food they eat.

  3. Sure you can, if you want him to have expensive pee. But a much better solution would be to feed him actual real FOOD with vitamins and minerals in. Kids who don't eat veggies, meat or fish? Whatever do they eat, then, apart from junk? If mine decided not to eat veggies, meat or fish they'd be extremely hungry.

Ditch the the vitamins, ditch the junk, put some tempting wholesome food on the table for dinner and if your son won't eat it then calmly let him go without. I estimate he'll be eating by tomorrow teatime at the absolute latest.

  4. I am not a nutritionist but I think that it is probably ok.  Can you find the missing nutrients individually and just add them to the multivitamin?

I am assuming that you have a picky eater at home and want to make sure that they get all of their vitamins and mineals.  (I have one of those)

You could also take a look at ensure.  I have not looked into it but it may be a possibility.

    Good luck to you!

  5. Sure, it's ok.  Just make sure you don't give both on the same day.

    All the best.
