Question:

Can I go to Cuba?

Hello. I am an American Citizen but I was born in Cuba. If I am not mistaken, I can only go to Cuba once every three years if I have immediate family living on the island (parents, siblings or children). I don't have any of those living there, only aunts and cousins. Does that mean I definitely can't go, ever? At what point in the process do I get a NO, YOU CAN"T GO BECAUSE YOU DON"T HAVE FAMILY. What if I say I do have immediate family?

  1. no u cant caus cuba is g*y

  2. As you say, under US rules, you are not eligible for a licence.

Many thousands of US citizens (Cuban born or not) travel via third countries. Illegal under US law.

  3. You forgot to include your grandparents, you can also visit them, or if you have a spouse you both can go and visit her relatives.

Legally, you can't go, but as others suggested, thousands of Americans go every year. It is sad that that law has been imposed because your cousins, aunts and uncles are also close family.

  4. of course you can go its legal your mom or dad are cuban rigth then you can go once every three years. of course you can go via a third country or canada or mexico.

i recomend you visit holguin if you get a chance to go.
