Can I go to canada........?

I'm a student in the field of composition.(undergraduated)

I wish to go to Canada after I get postgraduated.

I mean I wanna continue studing, work and live in Canada.

But I have no money to pay university's fee.

You obviously cannot attend university without money and nor will the university accept your request for admission without proving that you have the finances to fund your tuition and living expenses.

Start looking at scholarships (full or partial), grants, student and personal loans. Start applying for jobs, in the hopes of obtaining a work permit and earning your tuition, maybe even look an employer sponsoring and funding your tuition. Perhaps ask the university and see if there are any funds available to you.

There are plenty of financial funds out there for students who wish to pursue a graduate degree and much of that money goes unawarded due to a student's lack of knowledge or enthusiasm to take the inititive and apply for them.
