Can I go to college?

I am trying to go to a community college, but 2 months ago, the immigration departament did no give me my residency, (my ligal documents) can I get any kind of monetary help, without any documents?

and how can I get it, If I can!

No, I am so sorry that they didn't give you your residency. Unfortunate, you CAN'T get any federal or state funding. You CAN be eligible for scholarships. So make sure you apply every semester to them. Community college is the best way to get an excellent education @ a good price.
