There are several direct coaches from London to Salisbury daily.  This route is also eligible for "funfares" if you book online through National Express.  Visit www.nationalexpress.co.uk and enter in your route and dates.  Funfares are super cheap tickets available only if you book online with National Express.  I have used funfares to travel from London to Salisbury and Bath.  The routes start at 1 pound each way.

Yes. go to Victoria Coach station and catch any bus going to Basingstoke (you can get another coach from there) or Andover (the same thing) Or a through route to Exeter will take you nearby on one of the stops.

Or there is a route that takes you to Endless Street Bus garage in the afternoon and evening services that will cost you about £11 and take about 3 hours.
