Can I go to the Cribs concert in NYC with my brother if I'm 14?

I want to go to a Cribs concert, but apparently it for ages 16 and up. I'm not sure if it's 16 and up to go alone or if I can go if I go with someone that's 18. Can I go if my 18 year old brother takes me?

you should have no problem if you are going with an older person who's responsible for you.

It happened to me but it depends in what country you are in. :D

(I got in the concert with someone older and they letted me!)
