Can I go tubing on the Broad or Oconee River?

Can I just going Tubing on the Broad or Oconee Rivers located in Georgia? If so, where is a good place to put in and where should I get out? How long is the trip? I need all the details I can get

The Broad looks like the better bet for tubing.  There are also kayak rentals available there (see links below).  You can put in where US Route 281 crosses and take out at US Route 172

for a 5.5 mile run.  It is rated Class I-II(III) by American Whitewater with an average gradient 9 feet per mile.
