Can I have A/C installed in a house without it already, with a forced heat system?

I'm looking at buying a house, and I've noticed no description of a cooling system, and also I have noticed window units in some of the pictures. Is it practical to have it installed?

Yes ,but all new duct work,drops,indoor and oudoor,your looking between 9000$-15000$ depending on the square footage of your house,number of drops,tonnage,seer rating,and make of the units.

You may be better off buying a house with it in already.  Add about $10,000 - 12,  to the price to see if it is worth it.
