Question:

Can I have a fancy and commets together in my tank?

It is a big tank not like a ten gallon. I wouldn't keep them together but I would put a divider for my fancy and my commets would be on the other side?

  1. If by a big tank you mean 100 gallons or more then maybe.  Not in your 20 gallon tank.

    Yes, I'd put a divider in there. If you don't have one, then... Keep them seperate. That's all I can say. Hope that your Comets are freakishly small and your guppies are freakishly large! lol

  3. As long as you have a big tank BUT the fancies are slow and the comets are quick. Fancy ones usually (but not always) end up with nipped fins

  4. Yes, that would be great, just remember, 10 gallons per fancy and 50 for every 2 commets!

    edit:Krystal, fancy goldfish, not guppy! Guppys need warmer water than goldfish!
