Can I have a job I am 17 years old??? I need to support my college studies?

I'm pretty sure you can have a job. California laws establish that teenagers 14 and up may begin to work. They do give you specific instructions as to what times and how long you can work though. I really don't know where you live so I can't really answer your question. I suggest looking into your state laws concering employment before getting any type of job.

well i live in new jersey wen i was 17 i went to passaic county community college i applied for financial aid and got covered for full tutition n books i havent payed a cent nad im about to b 20.. n yes u can get a job...

of course you can have a job. ive had one since i was 14. um i don't really know what area you are from.. never heard of the town that you mentioned. sorry. but good luck finding a job
