Can I have a negative created for a 100 x 100mm image?

If so, where could I get this done?

Most local labs can do this for you (a real lab that does photography and not much else, Walmart is not a lab). But do you really need a negative? If so you can just take a picture of it, or have a photographer do it for you.

The most direct way is to take a photo of your image using film camera, there are some tutorials available on Internet that you can learn the trick too.
