I'm a UK size 8 naturallyI started eating only 2 bowls of cereal a day and a really light dinner.And i lost some weightNow i'm the size i want to be and just want to know if i keep it light during the day can i treat myself to a nice dinner like fajitas, cottage pie etc most nights of the week?I DON'T WANT TO LOOSE WEIGHTI DON'T WANT TO PUT WEIGHT ON
