Can I have back cosmetic surgery?

I was born with a curve in my back, which cause left back bone to stick out and my left ribs to be build weird. Can I have surgery to correct this? Can I have the bones replaced and let it grow again? If possible, tell how it can work out for me?

Sounds like you were born with Scoliosis. If you are really concerned about this you should set up an appointment with a orthopedist to see what can be done and your consequences.
