can I make crunchy/crispy bananas, oat bars using Food Dehydrator

Not sure about oat bars but yes you can dehydrate bananas. They are called Banana Chips!! LOL

I can never get the banana chips as crisp as the ones you buy using my food dehydrator. It is an old one my great aunt gave me so the newer versions might work better. You also have to coat the banana slices with something (lemon juice?) to keep them from turning dark.
