I have super thick hair as well and I had that hair cut  about a year ago! I'm a hair stylist so I know what hair types can handle  a certain cut. You can have that hair cut with no problem.. I'm going to tell you now it is an "up keep" hair cut and a pain to grow out. Make sure that it's a cut that you truly want and not because ut looks cute on someone else. With the proper styling products and "up keep" you can have that hair cut. They will have to thin it out ALOT so don't be freaked out when you see a ton of hair on the floor
