Can I have more than one drivers licences from two different states?

I'm just curious to know if its possible to have two drivers licences both of witch from a different state... In case one gets suspened will the other still be valid?

  1. No, not within the US.

    It is legal to have both a US and foreign (besides Canadian) license, but not two American licenses.

    If you are suspended in one state you are suspended nationwide.


  2. It is illegal to have driver licence from 2 different states and/or provinces.  If you are suspended in one state or province you are suspended in all.

    Yes

    But that does not mean that you can use them both. It can mean that you may find yourself in a legal problem by having them both. This problem may cost you both.

    If you loose one, to use the other will only get you into more problems when caught.

    Like instead of not having a license for 90 days it could turn into years.
