  1. with home insurance you can insure the building against fire, natural calamities, earthquake etc. you can also add the household appliances like TV, fridge, washing machine , AC etc for the cover under fire. then add these things against its break down, burglary. If you insure the building alone for a long period say ten years you have to pay only 50 % of the annualised premium. you can cover the other things in another policy which can include your baggage also by paying annual premiums. So you can have different policies having different covers. But different policy covering same risk have no use.

  2. BUT FOR ONE CSE YOU SHOULD NOT CLAIM .SO IF SOME THING HAPPENS THE POCE VERIFICATION  WILL NOT ALLOW .SO BETTER NOT FOR HOUSE INSURANCE . PUT IT ION A BANK?

  3. Me, Home insurance covers lots of different things. I'm not familiar with all the fine print of my homeowners policy, but my home insurance agent is always a phone call away. Try contacting your agent or a homeowners agent in your area. http://www.easyhomeinsuranceguide.com They should be able to help you.

  4. No. Specific property can be insured with one company and  once at a time. But life insurence can be taken in multiples.
