Can I have my car insured in Pennsylvania and pass in the inspection in Delaware?

what i am trying to say is. . my insurance is in Pennsylvania and i want to get a license plate from Delaware

  1. Nope, won't work.  Each state has their own requirements for insurance.  You need a DE policy to get DE plates, and a PA policy to get PA plates.

  4. The car has to be registered in the state that you ar getting it inspected in. Different states have different criteria.
