Yes, as my knowledge you can only do this on Internet Exploer. Please follow these steps:

> Open Internet Explorer

> Click on Tools on the window

> On the Tools drop down menu click on Internet options...

> On the Internet options window, click on the General tab

> Type the word [blank] in the Home page address

> Save changes and ready to go :)

Yes. In Internet Explorer, click on the Tools menu and select Internet Options. In the dialog box, select Use Blank (in the Home page area) and click OK.
