Can I have my husband charge for forgery?

Can I sue my husband and his witness for forgery of my signature on the military SBP? I was not present at the time of my husband out process and he had one of his Marines witness him signing my name not to elect the SBP. What can I do?

Contact that branch of the military and protest the outcome.  Make them aware that you did not sign any paperwork.  This could result in your husband going to jail and ending up with a dishonorable discharge.
