Can I have packages sent to local post office?

USPS does not offer that service.  They need a mailing address.  Try Mail Boxes etc.

You may be able to get a package shipped to you at the post office via 'General Delivery' however, you had better contact the local post office beforehand. The larger the office the more difficult it would be to make sure everything goes smoothly. It might be a better idea to have the package shipped to your workplace.
