Friend of mine hired one everytime he got a ticket and the violation never ended up on his record. Mine are from 2006, so is it possible to get them off through an attorney or am I stuck waiting until 2009 until they fall off my record?

  1. If you want the expense of an attorney, the time to do it is before court.  After you have been convicted there isn't much can be done.

  3. Slow down and you won;t have the problem.

  4. I think the points are there to stay. It's one thing to hire a lawyer to defend you in court. It's totally different to hire a lawyer to try and go back and retroactively change a judges sentence.

  5. you are stuck
