Can I hook a phone up to my TV so I can answer phone calls from it.?

I want to be able to answer a phone call from my tv so that the volume from the TV becomes the volume from the telephone..... if there is such a thing i bet that you are able to connect a microphone to it so I am not worried about that.

I know bell has this thing where you can get caller ID on you tv, but I've never heard of anything else.
