Can I import .VOB files to Nero Recode 2?

I have Nero 7 not 8 and I have Record 2. When I finalize my disks from my camera I copy them onto my desktop, now I want to burn a DVD with them. Can I import them to Nero Recode 2? The files are .VOB type. If I can which option from Recode should I use? Compile a DVD, or Recode an entire DVD to DVD or something else? Also there are a lot of movie files not just one main movie.
