Question:

Can I install an XM Satellite Radio into my car easily?

Or would it be best to just take it to Circuit City or some other audio place and let them do it? My car is a 2001 Mitsubishi Mirage. That little car kicks butt.

Anyway, it's got the original stock CD player/AM/FM radio that came with it. Where would I buy the XM system?

Thanks guys! And no, I don't want to go with Sirius. My husband already has XM in his car and if we both have it, there will be a 'family' discount which we wouldn't get with Sirius.

  1. yes you could easily get it if u buy one that has an fm modulator in it. then it will play your xm radio through the regular fm radio. but the quality wont be the greatest but it will work. also if you know how there is a wire that you can hook up to the car's antenna that will give you cd quality sound, if you dont know how to do this a car audio shop such as circuit city can do it and its pretty easy so i doubt that it will cost alot of money.
