  1. You can install it quite a few times before it starts to raise a question...even if it does, just call MS Support and they will get it straightened out for you so long as you legally purchased it.

  2. you can install it as many times as you like on the same computer

  3. of course

  4. You an install Office once, but to do it three times, you have to uninstall it.

  5. You'll have to call Microsoft to give you a new license. You'll need a reason why you want to re-install. You can say stuff like you reformatted your drive.

  6. You do not use a different license each time you need to reinstall the Microsoft Office Suite. You use the one you used the first time. If for any reason the odd occurrence of your original license being rejected contact Microsoft and explain the situation. Once you show proof of purchase or provide them the original license key they will either help get it to work correctly or provide you with another one. You use extra licenses to install on the number of systems that you have licenses. So, if you have three (3) licenses, you can install on three (3) separate system. You do not use those to reinstall a single copy, only to reinstall the installed instance it corresponds with.

It sounds like you have a Small Business license, which provides three (3) individual licenses to install onto three (3) systems. It doesn't matter if you install these on your home or office systems, you paid for that many licenses, (unless it has changed) and that is how many different machines you install upon.

My best advise is for you to contact Microsoft and find out what is going on with your licenses. Unless you simply assumed that they were only good for one installation and that you needed to use a different one each time you installed the suite. I have Microsoft Office Small Business edition and I have installed the suite with the exact same license each time I have needed to do so.

BTW, you can install it as many times as you wish on any system, not just the original system. I have changed the system my suite is on several times and it always works without any issues. If not, otherwise any office would be up the creek when changing out office systems!

If you simply assumed this, just entering one of your licenses should do the trick. Why not give it a whirl and see what happens before contacting Microsoft?

Good luck and have a nice day.
