Can I install software for radio in my 7610 nokia cell?

Question

If yes how?where will i get it done?If no tell me about a radio which will work best.it should be small as cell phones,easy to carry with good range and voice.not costly.which can be charged & can be used.not working on torch cells.

ya u can install radio on ur phone just go to mobile9.com   site  and  check it out   ur 7610 softwares    u  can  download  free  from that site
