Well I am a senior in high school this year and I suck at running but I have long legs and I think I could be good at it. I think track is a spring sport though so do you think its possible to train for say, 5 or 6 months and become track-running material? because I just realized everyone I know does some sort of sport and the only thing I did was freshman cheerleading one year. I just want to be more involved. But is it possible to learn to like running or to become a better runner (like build up endurance) in 6 months?
