I am a 14 Year Old boy, I am very athletic, I do a lot of sprinting and triple jumps,football,hockey,rugby,tennis,squas... and basketball. At the moment I can reach a 9ft hoop, and dunk, does anyone know how to get that extra foot?

  1. was "squas" supposed to mean squats? If so, keep it up. Developing leg strength is the first step in jump training. Plyometrics are valuable, but can only be effective and safe after you develop a certain strength level. There's more info at http://verticalleaptraining.blogspot.com

  2. You need to work on your explosiveness.  Look up plyometrics on google.  These are the kinds of exercises you will need to do.
