  1. I don't understand a family that is suppose to be a protecter of the faith being so immoral. What Charles drove Diana to was unforgivable. That she loved him so makes it even more sad.She seemed a person of good heart I don't see that flowing through the rest of the group.Personally I would'nt want to foot the bill for the do as I say not as I do attitude. Why Americans pant over them when they visit is beyond me. The one that wanted to humanize them is dead don't see a lot of good will there .Maybe her sons will adhere to what she tried to teach them ,and some how it will have made it worth her suffering .

  2. I like the Belgian and Dutch royal families better.  They are closer to their people and do not make a public spectacle of themselves.

  3. I'm from england and I don't think about them at all.

Once when I was younger they had a procession on the streets with the queen and others in carriages and while she was doing the royal wave to everyone, i was giving her the royal 2 finger salute!!!  that went down well!!.  got chase by a policeman but as i wasn't doing anything wrong there wsn't anything he could do.

Not a big fan as you can tell!!!

  4. God save the Queen...............

  5. I respect every member of the British Royal Family

  6. English Royal Family, not much.

  7. Would you believe from what you are reading that a recent poll reported 80% of the UK are in favour of the German family living in the big house, the most privileged family in the world!

It has just been announced that Willie (I like the guy, he's my kind of person) is going to do a stint in the airforce. Why did he not join the RAF instead of the army?

In any case if you have any idea how much it costs to train a heli or aircraft pilot you would also ask yourself why the waste on someone who will never see the front line. In fact the country seems to have taken away the right for the monarch or direct heirs to partake in defending their country, a far cry from Elizabeth 1

This elite club England can do without, as the situation for the ordinary person worsens I do have to ask whether it was a mistake for the English not to have followed the steps of the French!

We cannot call a referendum regarding the monarchy so every now and again we get the report of a false poll. If we could do an online poll you would very quickly see the truth!

  8. God save our Queen. UK

  9. From the town of Leek, Staffordshire, England. I think the Queen is a wonderful example of service, integrity and duty. She has served the country as leader, ambassador and figurehead for over half a century and is widely loved, respected and honoured. God save the Queen! Charles is a traditional, enigmatic, intelligent champion of many ideas for the benefit of all. A fine gentleman and a power for good in the country. I could go on....

  10. Don't really think about them that much - except when they close off half of  Cardiff so Charlie Boy can swan around pretending that he really *is* Prince of Wales and I can't get home because town is shut down and I can't get to the train station for all the bodyguards and rozzers.

The whole line is illegitimate anyway and I do wish they would stop calling them "Wales" - the buggers are nothing to do with us, do nothing but embarrass us and will be first up against the wall when the revolution comes.  Why can't he be Prince of Scotland? (oh yeah, the Scots don't want them either)

If the English want to pay for them - fine - but I don't see why the rest of us should pay a penny towards them.

  11. i dont think about them

    Quebec

  12. don't like them, i think its outdated.

i think people from america, and other countries like the royal family is because it seems traditional and quaint.

  13. The Queen's a lovely old dear and has done a good job but once she's departed, I think we should get rid of the inbreds. Especially Jug Ears & the Rottweiler.

    Come the revolution!

    (I'm English).

  14. think they're a waste of space and money!  im from the uk.

  15. I love the Royal Family, and any one disagreeing with me should be sent to the tower to be hanged,

    I live in England

  16. God Save the Queen, the s*x Pistols did.

  17. I get sick and Tired of people on here going on about the German royal family ,The Whole of England is of mixed blood German, French ,Italian,Danish I could go on , we were invaded so much, Hundreds of years ago ,Yes they have their faults ,they are human beings like the rest of us ,Its not their fault they were born  in to The Royal Family ,England should be proud ,We get so much Tourism  from The Royals ,Both the Queen and Phillip are 80 plus and still going strong ,not many people would be still working at their age ,I am English Born and Bred ,its History for goodness sake

  18. The tabloid scandals mentione by boishman have been going on long before the tabloids were in print, we just didn`t find out about them and the respect people had for the Royal Family meant that such things were never discussed.

The Royal Family have provided stability to the UK for thousands of years. They are a great source of income for the country, by means of tourism, and before anyone comments on the cost to the taxpayer, the latest figures published by the Auidit Office show that they cost 62p per head, per annum.

  19. I am in full favour of the royal family and they do a very good job indeed i think that if like inquisitor suggests we have a referendum he would be very surprised just how many people are in favour of the royal family and also for his information prince William was in the army and when he has learnt to fly with the R A F he will be going into the marines so

inquisitor should learn to get his facts right the royal family work very hard indeed i think there are few people who work as hard as they do

  20. dont think of them at all.I am  from the UK

  21. I am from the UK and have the greatest respect for them.....except for Prince Charles because of the way he treated his previous wife and especially for neglecting his sons.  I have met Princess Anne, because I won an award from her and she is soooo down to earth, she is not arrogant or snotty in anyway...........her shoes looked worn many times before and she gave me direct friendly eye contact, a lovely woman.  Princess Anne also wore an outfit at Prince Charles wedding, that was worn before.  Also Prince William in his gap year, helped clean the floor on his hands and knees with kids in South America - wow....I am comparing them to other Royal families especially in the Middle East (who are awful and corrupt), I mean the King of Saudia Arabia is illiterate and thinks he is too good to read and write and they won't wear the same clothes. The Queen speaks so well and in such a dignified way, amazing woman, her speeches at Christmas are a highlight for me.  I would die for my Queen, but not the government here.

  22. I don't think about them - uk

  23. NOPE!  2 many ???'s about em.

  24. I would rather watch the ships on the Thames, then waste my time trying to watch the English royal family.

  25. I dont think about them - im from UK

  26. I think most people in the UK, myself included, have lost all respect for them after years of tabloid scandals have revealed them to be every bit as sordid as your average Joe in the street. However, they fulfil an important constitutional role and what few people realise is how hard it would be to abolish them without significant political upheaval. So like it or not I think we're stuck with them.

  27. They have one hand in every brit's pocket and the other hand over every brit's mouth. That stops all criticism with the power to ostracize leveled against every brit who dares to criticize.

Real nice place these brits have.

When charles was born the queen looked and said :

"I thought that stuff only came out the other side."

Every time that adulterous scammer goes outside, the air pollution index in London soars

  28. I think they're a great tourist attraction and a fantastic link to the past.  The Queen is a great ambassador for Britain and does a good job.  I'm not too bothered about the rest.  I feel sorry for Prince Charles as he always seems a bit, I don't know, boring and out of place.  I think the real test will be when the Queen dies.   I'm not sure people have the stomach for the others much. Prince William maybe, but it'll have to change a bit.

Mixed feelings really. I like the historical aspect of it.

  29. i love them, but it saddens me so much rubbish is written about them purposely giving them a bad name.

god save the queen, she sets a good christian example, now has Her own website, which proves at 81, wants to enjoy and be willing to sharethe 21st with us, i come from Leeds west yorkshire England, i love my country very much, and i love my Queen and her family.so you can say i'm a solid royalistand proud of it.
