it's has a shower, so it will get misty in that room. Also, we have no windows, so no sunlight would reach the plant.

Is there any way to keep a plant alive in this room, under these conditions??

  1. it will be a very sad plant

  2. You would have to use a grow light or the plant will die with out a light source. The grow light does not have to be large and unattractive. There are LED lights that work very well and are just slim bars with small LEDS spaced along them.

Orchids are often grown in small planter boxes with lights like this one.

  3. it has to be a shade lovng plant, or a plant on which is very less green even normally

  4. No light, and the plant will die.

Your only hope is the use of grow lights.

  5. The restroom is an ideal place to keep low-light plants

A highly recommended species Cast-Iron Plant Aspidistra elatior or a species of Philodendron. Also a Chinese Evergreen (Agloanema) and a Holly Fern (Cyrtomium falcatum)

I wouldn't recommend soft leaved species or those with many leaves because you would have rinse all the soap residue of the leave regularly and some leaves are extremely sensitive to the chemicals in the soaps and sprays.

You can purchase a variety or Grow-Lights and True Daylight  Bulbs(make sure they are water-resistant) and because of the high humidity you don't need to worry about dry air being an issue. Also don't water them very often and they should be alright
