Can I keep sushi as leftovers?

I had sushi for the first time tonight, it was called Spider or something. I have alot of left overs and my brother said you shouldn't keep them cuz they will go bad and you can't really microwave them. Is there any way to keep them as left overs? Or should I toss it out?

You need to finish them in the next 12 hours, and if you put them in the fridge thy will dry up, if you microwave them you will destroy the the sushi.

If you cannot finish within the next 12 hours you will need to toss it out.

it's not a good idea to keep sushi leftover, especially if it's sashimi.  

The spider roll includes avocado which can't be keep long.

Just refrigerate them in a sealed container ( I'd hate to eat sushi that tasted like my fridge). And remember that it is raw seafood and will spoil faster than other raw meats. Eat it sooner rather than later.

nope. It is not supposed to be kept overnight. It is supposed to eat within 2-3 hours from purchased.

Unless you have the fridge to keep the raw meat. If not the raw meet will take after your fridge smell.

Everyone is overlooking the fact that you can cook it the next day, too. Even the makizushi fries right up.

u can keep them overnight in the fridge and eat them the next day. i've done that and it's fine. but if it tastes or smell bad then throw it out.

Yeah they say that you shouldn't keep leftover sushi, but I do it all the time. I tend not to care too much about keeping food out too long or old leftovers, haha. I still eat them and never get sick. It's really up to you, but I would.

you can but,you must eat it tomorrow. af ter that its no good. and don't microwave  the leftovers it'll  taste weird. XoxO

I'd only keep the ones that are not made with raw fish.
