Ok, so heres what happened i was walking my dog in the park, i have a husky, the thing about this park is that no dog is allowed to be off the leash they have it in big bold print at the entrance.

I saw a person sitting in the distance and thought nothing of it but then out from behind a tree a dog came running out. It started to bark and tried to bite me and my dog several times but I kept cool and kept walking, but when i saw the person slowly get up and start coming over, the owner, i was just so pissed i wanted to kill that ******* dog.

So the question is if that dog bite my dog or me can I start to beat it even if the owner is there?

The owner was a fat lazy women who walked up to us very slowly as if nothing happened.

I told her hey how about you read the rules before you just little your dog off, are you stupid!!

She just walked a way saying to her dog that it was ok!

  1. You have the right to defend yourself and your dog... however, make sure that the other dog is aggressive first before you do anything.  You should try to find a non-violent solution to your problem though.  Beating the other dog won't teach it anything, and it isn't the dogs fault that it's owner is so lazy and won't follow the rules.  Try contacting the park's manager or the police about her violating the leash rule instead of beating the dog. But don't hesitate to defend yourself and your dog if necessary.

  2. sorry to say it is not the dogs fault here it is the owners and you should call the police do not harm the dog unless it bites you. Contact the police department !

  3. I think so but i would any way.

  4. You are entitled to bite said dog.

  5. Sounds like this dog would like an antifreeze steak...

You have a right to protect your property and as long as the dog is coming on your property, I say the dog is fair game.

  6. In this situation, you are legally allowed to beat the entire c**p out of the dog and its owner, but not kill them.

  7. your dog is your property you have every right to protect your property, how ever you do not have the right to kill of mame the other dog.

  8. You have the right to defend your dog to the extent necessary, but no more.  If you attack the other dog using force that is more excessive than necessary to remove the threat to your dog, you can be held liable for the damage.  Killing the other dog would almost certainly be considered excessive.

  9. I think you would be able to but depending on what kind of dog it is you might want to reconsider beating it.

  10. self-defense baby, she doesn't have a leg to stand on
