I live n germany so for WOB it is Wolfsburg has that on there license plate and for BS it is i do not know but the license plate is ususlly for example Wiesbaden = Wi for there license plates  so i hop ethis works

BS means Braunschweig.

You can buy books where all teh abbreviations are explained, I love to look up the one´s I don´t know and always have this small book in my car!

But it´s all described in german, I don´t think you can get them in english!
