English is a communication tool. A language to be learned needs to be applied on it's purpose-communication. You can be best taught though experiential learning, that is learning the language with other communicating entities.

Go to the library and get some english language audio cd's or tapes. Another great method would be to check out audio books. It allows you to get a grasp on the language, develop your vocabulary, and hear a good book at the same time.

you can learn english language through reading books related to it.but as i always say to everyone with the same question, "the best way to learn the languge is to practice it"

There are lots of books in bookshops that teach you to speak English. You could also try watching childrens programmes to begin with and then as you get better move up to harder programmes like the news and television dramas.

yes of course. learning English needs a constant practice. try reading on english books, novels, magazines and newspaper business articles. try also communicating with your friends who were good at english and ask them what are your english accent and vocabulary mistakes. always practice and later on you'll find out that your english improves.
