Can I leave a 6 months old child and go 4 study abroad? Do I have to opt for a local institute?

I m 4 months pregnant and am preparing for MBA Entrance. my session will start in June by then my child will be of 6 mnths. I m aiming IIM Institute which demands stay in hostel.

I would not leave such a young baby behind. I would try to find another study-abroad program with accommodations for families. They are out there, you just have to look. If you leave your baby it would put lots of stress on you both.
