Can I leave these jobs out on the application?

one company I worked for I was never paid due to time card issues it was to late. and another company I gave them back their uniform the next day so I never worked for them at all but do I have to list these jobs when I apply for other ones?

  1. No, you don't have to list them.  Also, you only want to list employers that actually provided income to you.  

    A company cannot learn about those two companies without you making mention of them (unless they are government affiliated).

  2. You should list any job that actually paid you, as that information is verifiable by any new potential employer. If you were not paid at a job, then it really was not a paid position= job.
