Can I leave with children (sole custody) to bahamas ex not in picture.?

You and the children will need passports if you are flying...you will have show proof of sole legal and physical custody to get the passports for the children.  You will also need to carry that proof with you to take the children out of the country.  You may or may not be asked to show it, but better have it. Cruise ships do ask to see it when children are travelling with one parent.
