I am only 17 years of age but is it possible for me to get money from her to pay for my college or other expenses that come along with college like my apartment and bills

  1. If you were adopted, she relinquished her rights and responsibilities.  If you weren't adopted, still I don't think you can do anything.  Perhaps the person or people that raised you can ask her for help.

  2. no

  3. No.  If she owes child support, that money goes to the people who raised you.  Kids are very expensive to raise.  You will soon be 18 and legally responsible for yourself.  Look into scholarship, grants, work programs, etc to help further your education.
