I find its stupid how people are freaking out about her using tampons and that she has a period. Its perfectly normal.

And to the person who said "Shes still growing"....what does that have to do with anything?

She can use tampons...not sure what brand but its fine.

Of course you can let your 9-year old sister use tampons if she's already gotten her period.  There isn't an age limit.  I would suggest maybe Tampax Pearl.  Several of my friends use it and it's plastic.  I don't have mine yet, though.

she has her period at 9?!? well then you should go with uber small. carbord applicators work for me and i use the slender-regular for teens from tampax. let her use them as a last resort, pulling out a dry tampon hurts and you dont want her to get infected either.

Playtex has slender regular and slender lite.  Those should both work well.

yes go ahead let her use tampons i guess but she is small so they probably wont be comfy for her.  she might prefer pads

Playtex Gentle Glide and Playtex sport both have a plastic applicator. Make sure you show her what a 90 degree angle is, so she can put it in properly.

To the person who said that she is still growing and is too small for tampons, that is a lie. If you are ready to have children, you have a uterus and a v****a that can fit a tampon, it can fit a baby, you are developed!! You can fit a tampon!! Nothing wrong with it!!
